Rho Rho Illustrations was set up and is run by Thomas and Bridget Rhodes - an illustration & graphic design duo who met whilst studying at the Glasgow School of Art. They work from their home in Aberdeenshire, Scotland and started out specialising in creating bespoke, hand-drawn, original pictures. As well as these personalised keepsakes Rho Rho now make other illustrated products, including prints, cards, homewares and decorations. Their style is heavily influenced by their backgrounds in engineering and industrial design – Rho Rho drawings have a technical quality, and use of colour is very carefully considered in their designs. They draw on their surroundings for their subject matter: places in Scotland that they love; the natural environment that surrounds them in rural Aberdeenshire; and everyday objects they admire.
