Olivia Yorston Jewellery
Olivia Yorston is a jeweller based in the Scottish Highlands. She creates intricately handcrafted collections inspired by wildlife, wildflowers and native trees.
Nature sits at the heart of her practice, translated into richly textured surfaces and intricate detail through traditional techniques such as hand engraving.
Many of Olivia’s collections and unique designs utilise gemstones, which she expertly handsets. Her work includes made to order collection pieces, one-off pieces, special commissions, remodels and bespoke engagement rings.
In 2023 Olivia was awarded a QEST Scholarship to study the heritage craft of hand engraving with Malcolm Appleby, further refining a skill that is now central to her work.
Olivia has a strong background in the jewellery industry, having worked with renowned jewellers Sheila Fleet and Malcolm Appleby, which has contributed towards the high quality and meticulous finish of her work.
Olivia’s jewellery, wrought from silver and gold, sells online, through a variety of Scottish galleries and at select markets.
