Westmount Art was founded by Luna Xue in 2023. As a graduate of Illustration from Edinburgh College of Art, Luna draws inspiration from her own gardening practice and grows most of the plants featured in her work. To allow her botanical illustrations to be seen and used in more everyday settings, she has expanded the collection to include matching greeting cards, earrings and silk scarves.

Since its founding, Westmount Art has exhibited in cities including London, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, and has participated in major trade events such as Top Drawer London, Home & Gift Harrogate, Scotland’s Trade Fair and the Royal Highland Show. The brand has been featured and interviewed by Discover Britain (Sky TV), The Edinburgh Reporter and Edinburgh Evening News.
