The Croft House
THE CROFT HOUSE is a knitwear brand rooted in rural Aberdeenshire, blending heritage craftsmanship with modern, sustainable fashion. Founded in 2012 by Louise, she creates beautifully designed knitwear and accessories for women and men, all inspired by the colours, patterns, and landscapes of Scotland. Collections include Fair Isle jumpers, gansey sweaters, cardigans, and a wide range of lambswool and cashmere accessories — each piece thoughtfully designed and made to be cherished for seasons to come.
Sustainability is at the heart of The Croft House’s ethos. In 2025 the brand achieved B Corporation certification, an independent recognition of its high environmental and social performance, transparency, and accountability. All knitwear is made in Scotland from natural, renewable fibres — with wool and cashmere sourced from British and Irish mills — and manufactured with care to minimise waste.
The Croft House also pledges 1% of every sale, every day, for People and Planet, supporting environmental and social charities as part of its ongoing commitment to responsible business.
Their knitwear appeals to conscious shoppers seeking quality, authenticity, and timeless style rooted in Scotland’s rich textile heritage.
