Moton Studio are an Ayrshire based creative duo who work with glass and wood to create small-batch stained glass lighting, bespoke windows and hangings. Utilizing traditional craft techniques and hand tools, they embrace the time consuming and skilful process that comes with designing and hand making their one-of-a-kind pieces. Inspired by the transformative effect light and colour can have on a home, the duo are passionate about their products and art having a positive impact on people’s wellbeing, helping them to feel happy and relaxed in their own home.

Molly Gangel & Malcolm Dickson who founded Moton Studio during the pandemic lockdown met studying Art & Design at Ayr College when they were both teenagers. Now in their early 30's, the couple have married their skillsets of Molly's glass design and Malcolm's woodworking and background in portrait art to create the dynamic set of works seen from Moton Studio today.
