Irving jewellery was set up by Hayley Irving in 2020 after graduating from DJCAD in Dundee. Now based in her home studio in Markinch, she is inspired by the strong women in her life and her working class upbringing. Irving creates bold colourful pieces with a fashion edge, to bring joy to the wearer. Working predominately in jesmonite, found objects and old costume jewellery that was headed for landfill, Irving sees beauty in objects other may deem as rubbish and gives them a new life. Due to the nature of materials she uses no two items are the same.
