Christine is an artist from Edinburgh. She draws and designs both traditionally and digitally, taking inspiration from a wide variety of sources. Her work involves themes such as florals, nature, mythology and folklore with a great deal of reference to her other passion for reading and literature. Experimenting with colour, whether complimentary or clashing, also plays a strong role in her work. Bringing together her sewing skills with her developing interest in surface pattern design, she has recently begun a line of fabric items featuring her own floral and foliage designs.
