Kist opened in October 2019 on the sunny side of Perth Road in Dundee’s busy west end, a local high street with a great community of indie shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and small businesses. Stocked with a mix of new and established fabulous independent and mostly Scottish small brands with a focus on quality, handmade, sustainable and beautiful design. Dundee is bursting with creative talent and many of the makers are from, based in or have connections to the city and / or are graduates of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art down the road. Kist is a celebration of beautiful things made with love by creative and lovely people and showcasing, promoting and sharing the processes, inspiration and stories behind their work is at the heart of it.
